In contemporary limp vellum; fragments of a rubricated Medieval Latin manuscript used as loose guards; remains of green cloth ties; manuscript shelfmark on spine: P6 III 16. Manuscript poem on recto of front free endpaper: "Ad librum suum tetrastichon / Cum tuleris lectum hororum cuiq[ue] libele / Quicquid habet dulcis Celia, quicquid amor / Noli blanditijs nimiu[m] remoratus abire / Protinus ad noctuam sed remeare domum. Hieronymi Benedicti spolet. et amicoru[m] usui." Autograph on title page: Valentinus Bodkin de Killcloony. Library stamp effaced.
