Vol. 3 was published in 1861. The Supplement (additional material not included in "Corrections and additions") has not been published "Explanation on references used" (p. ([vii]-ix) issued with v. 3 to replace the list prefixed to v. 1, "Corrections and additions" (v. 1, p. [483]-489; v. 2, p.
