Title page cut away (description from BM 15th cent.); edges trimmed, affecting manuscript notes. Rubrication in pts. (as in the 3 other items bound in the vol.) of initials, underlining of headings and some sentences, paragraph marks, capital strokes. Manuscript notes in brown ink in several hands, one of them (and the rubricator's) being Johann Velchauer's whose mark of ownership appears at end of the last item in the vol.; finding notes, numbering, markings and initials in black ink in another hand (annotations with date 1548 in same hand at end of the 4th item). Repaired. Several ownership inscriptions defaced at end of the last item in the vol., one of them being Johann Velchauer's with price and date 1515(?); W.T. Smedley copy; purchased in 1924
