In three sections. The first two sections have engraved titles in Roman letters pasted onto pages: "The book of common prayer and administration of the sacraments and other rites and ceremonies of the Church of England, with the Psalter or Psalms of David, pointed as they are to be Sung or said in Churches" (leaf 1) and "The New Testament of our Lord and saviour Jesus Christ, newly translated out of the original Gre[ek] and with the forme[r] translations diligen[tly] compared and rev[ised] by his Maj[esties] special com[mand] appointed to [be read in] Chur[ches]" (leaf 48) (some losses to lower right portion of N.T. title)
