Notes
General notes
The cast list matches that of a production in Chicago in 1886, as recorded in the advertising supplement of Theatre magazine (vol. X, no. 101, July 1909). It is close to the cast list for a production at Chicago's Grand Opera House in October 1885; the only difference is that the role of Blousabella is listed on a playbill for the October 1885 production as played by Mrs. Anna A. Wade, and on the souvenir card (and in Theatre magazine) as played by Mrs. F. C. Wells Caption title
