Summary
Fincham states that he is "almost certain" the book produced to Whitwell was the wrong one. Suggests that Whitwell should request that the case be brought up; in it he should find a book called Liber Correctionum. Several of the cases cited in Fincham's paper (presumably his "Notes from the ecclesiastical court records at Somerset House") were out of the same book. Also, a slip of paper in Whitwell's hand referencing the Ministry of St. Albans and the case of John Wodward as mentioned in Fincham's article in Transactions of the Royal Historical Society series 4, volume 4, p. 114
