Some items undated Items individually cataloged Provenance: The papers were most recently the property of Rackett's descendents When the collection arrived at the Folger it was in a state of disarray and in very poor condition. The letters arrived in various disorganized bundles and have been rearranged in alphabetical order by sender. Much of the printed material was originally stored between two detached boards, the front board embossed: "Concerto's CF Mossi &c." Original housing is stored with collection Acquired July 1992 from Quaritch, from Phillips sale, 19 March 1992, no. 28912, lot 71
