"Certayne diuine tractates, and other godly sermons", also printed by Stansby (STC), has separate pagination, register, and title page with imprint "London printed for Henrie Fetherstone. 1618.". It includes a reprint of "A supplication made to the Privy Counsel" by Walter Travers.
