Manuscript notes in brown ink with underlining, manicules, corrections in text, and addition of punctuation in text and commentary, in Arcangelo Ricci's hand (his autograph on leaf a2r); addition of headlines by hand in the 1st gatherings. Repaired; rebacked; too fragile to microfilm. Inscription at foot of leaf a2r: "Ex libris Mag[ist]ri Archangeli Ritij Augustine[n]sis Veneti"; several distichs handwritten on front flyleaf, one of them praising doge Mocenigo, signed "A me Nicolao Georgeo"; bookplate of W.T. Smedley; purchased in 1924
