Summary
The castle is depicted on a hill above many red-roofed houses clustered along the river Thames. A large flag colored red and gold and blue flies from the round tower in the center of the castle. Two laden cargo ships are sailing down the river. On the other side of the river is a field dotted with bales of hay, where men are piling the hay in a horse-drawn cart. A coat of arms reading "Hon y soit qui mal y pense" and "Semper eadem" is at the base of the print
