Summary
Many people on foot and on horseback create a long winding papal procession from St. Peter's Basilica in the Vatican to the Basilica of St. John Lateran in Rome, passing by the Piazza del Campidoglio and the Colosseum along the way. Small vignettes at the top of the print depict scenes from the Papal coronation ceremonies. At the top center is the coat of arms of Pope Clement IX, elected in 1667
