Initials provided in red paint, with paragraph marks and capital strokes, in parts of the book (some leaves bear rubrication only on recto or on verso); a few annotations, brackets, and corrections in text in same paint. A few finding notes in brown ink in several hands, with manicules, brackets, underlining and corrections in text. In a brown morocco blind tooled binding; manuscript bibliographic note on front free endpaper, signed "D.V.V.", refers to J. & J. Leighton as the binder.
