In a letter to an unknown addressee (5) he discusses a drama he is sending [Ericie ou La Vestale]. Its author, [Jean Gaspard Dubois] De Fontanelle, has been forced by the Chief of Police in Paris to subject it to the censure of the Archbishop,and would like it performed in Lyons
