With manuscript notes and annotations in Ben Jonson's hand (extensive notes on both front loose endleaves and z4). Numeric annotations on titlepage. Bound in full leather with central blind stamp on both covers, with annotated manuscript waste as guards. "J.S. Ogle" in manuscript on front loose endleaf; bookplates: "Edward Chaloner Ogle, Kirkley, Northumberland" and "Newton Charles Ogle, Kirkley" on front paste-down. Various old shelf marks. "Bought from the Ogle family library" by bookdealer N.M. Broadbent and purchased from him by the Folgers 1929-03-25
