Being the third after bissextil, or leap-year. Wherein is contained, (1) astronomical and meterological observations. (2) The state of the year, deduced according to art, from the solar ingresses, eclipses, various configurations, aspects and conjunctions of the planets. (3) The rising and setting of the sun, moon and stars: also her southing; together with many usefull tables pertinent for such a work.
