Leaf I1 trimmed at foot, affecting catchwords and signature. Provenance: inscription on title leaf verso: "Stillingfleet" (according to Henrietta C. Bartlett, "[p]robably the Bishop Edward Stillingfleet (died 1699; books sold to Narcissus Marsh, now in Marsh's Library, Dublin) copy.
