Provision for repairs and prohibition against any use as common hostelry or as a brothel-house. Rent: 43 shillings, 4 pence per annum. John Garner and Robert Swanne of the parish of St. Margaret in Southwark, wardens of the Fraternity of Our Blessed Lady founded in the Church of St. Margaret, of the first part.
