"An unauthorized work based on [Hannah Woolley's] books and adorned by a spurious portrait and unreliable biographical information was published in 1673 as The Gentlewomans Companion, and similar works followed in 1675 (The Accomplished Ladies Delight) and 1685 [i.e. 1683] (The Compleat Servant-Maid).
