Copies of family documents of the Twysden family of Great Chart and East Peckham, Kent, including ones relating to a dispute over the commutation of tithes in East Peckham, 1639, and compositions for provisions due to the Crown from the county of Kent. A note on p. 86 suggests that some may have been collected by Richard Maitham, attorney, of Great Chart. Sir Roger Twysden has added his name twice (p. 161 and 170).
