Edited by Robert Randolph, who signs the first introductory verse In verse "The muses looking-glasse" and "Amyntas" each have separate dated title page and separate pagination, but register is continuous for the two works. Neither of these works was ever published separately. "The jealous lovers" has separate dated title page with imprint "printed by Roger Daniel printed to the University of Cambridge, 1640; pagination and register are separate Leaf ³A1 is blank In this 1643 edition, the issue of "The jealous lovers" is that of Cambridge 1640 (STC 20693a). In another 1643 edition (with the same setting of the "Poems", "The muses looking-glasse", and "Amyntas" and same Wing number), the issue of "The jealous lovers" is that of 1646 with imprint "London, printed for Richard Royston, at the Angel in Ivie lane, 1646. This London edition of "The jealous lovers" was never issued separately. Cf. Greg, II, 469(c), who states that the remaining stock of the 1640 Cambridge edition of the play was reissued as part of the London collection of Randolph's poems (the 1643 edition, here being catalogued). Once the 1640 stock of "The jealous lovers" was exhausted, it was replaced by the 1646 London reprint "The muses looking-glasse" is identified as Wing R240 on UMI microfilm "Early English books, 1641-1700" reel 1534
