Folger copy: "The inconstant" clipped from top of t.p. James E. Murdoch's prompt copy, disbound and partially interleaved to 20 cm. Heavily annotated with cuts and additions, including several inserted speeches. Inscription: "Gift of Davis L. James, Jr., October 11, 1943." With three items laid in: 1) Murdoch's manuscript calling card; 2) manuscript verse on the verso of a torn menu, first line: "Henceforth my former follies I disclaim; 3) the same verse with notes on verso: "Tag for Inconstant", "Young Mirabel tag" Adopted by Roberta Geier, Acquisitions Night 2008
