Hertocks "The English vineyard vindicated" (Wing R1939), originally published separately in 1666, has separate dated title page and pagination; register is continuous. The preface is signed "Philocepos", i.e. John Evelyn, who compiled the text based on "matter" provided by Rose "The vintage", part 2 p. 20-24 [i.e. 26], is by John Evelyn P. 24 misnumbered 26 With eight final contents and index leaves British Library copy contains Ross's work only Signatures: A-L¹²
