Summary
Macartney tells Malone to turn to Burke's speech in which he delineates the characters of My Lord Chatham, W. Grenville and Charles Townshend. He thinks that Burke must have just come from reading Dryden's essay on Dramatic poetry. There is a note at the bottom of the letter in another hand (possibly Malone's?) that describes the context of the letter to Malone
