Printer's name from Wing CD There are five leaves in the first quire. The title page and imprimatur leaf are printed as a bifolium and these two leaves apparently cancelled the original title page. Presumably the imprimatur leaf was intended to be bound preceding the title page Signatures: A⁴(-A1+chi²) B-E⁴ F²
