Title supplied by cataloger Costume designs for Augustin Daly's 1895 production of Midsummer night's dream at Daly's Theatre, London. Illustrations labeled Cobweb (no.9), Will o' the wisp - 4 train bearers for the Fairy Queen (no.10), Mustard Seed (no.11), Ignis Fatuus 4th fairy (no.12), Titania (no. 13), Death's Head (crossed out) Moth (no.14), Peasblossom (no.15), and Tiger Moth (no.16). Additional notes on several of the drawings, some in a later hand and in pencil, including a misidentification of "Miss Haswell" on the design for Titania (Percy Haswell played the role of Oberon in this production) Also available as a digital reproduction
