Dedication signed: W. Laycock Despite apparently contradictory information in Plomer, Miller was dead before 24 August 1694, when his widow advertised the availability of books from his collection, in A Collection for Improvement of Husbandry and Trade; a later advertisement, of 2 May 1695, records her change of address and mentions that a catalogue of the collection of pamphlets can be had from Batemen, Gilliflower, Hindmarsh, and Brown, for 1 s. (ESTC) In imprint, "London" follows "St. Paul's Church-yard." Catchword 'A' on leaf N4v. No known copies have anything following N4v; assume complete as is Signatures: [A]⁴ B-N⁴ "Price 1 s."
