HH219/4. MS. note (of provenance?) at foot of A1v, lined out, affecting legibility; MS. note on t.p. attributing authorship: "By Bishop Wilkins, when 24 years old.". A1 trimmed, affecting woodcut at fore-edge of A1v. Half bound in green calf (?) with marbled paper boards and end-papers; 2 red leather labels on spine, one bearing title, and one at the foot, bearing imprint date; gilt crest of Watkin stamped at head of spine. Provenance: inscription on A1r, and repeated on A2r: "James Master. [pre ?]: 8d."; armorial bookplate of Sir Edward W. Watkin; library of Conrad W. Cooke; pencilled note on back fly-leaf: "1904. Nov. 26"; Sotheby's sale, 30 May 1927, lot 121; collated at Quaritch; Harmsworth copy
