Of offences and indictments. 4. Of compromises and arbitrements. VVhereunto is annexed another treatise of equitie, the iurisdiction, and proceedings of the high Court of Chauncerie; of supplications, bils, and aunsweres; and of certaine writs and commissions issuing thence, and there also returnable: likewise much augmented with diuers presidents, very necessarie for the same purpose, beginning at the 144. section, and continuing to the end of bils and answeres.
